How do I make an order?

1. Schedule a 15 mins call consultation with one of us through our website www.cubicoliving.com

     - We will need to know if the walls are going to be for Residential or Commercial

     - Where is the subject property, is there a closing date or already acquired

     - Is the property being converted from what model (ex. AirBnb, LTR, MTR, etc.) to Rent-by-Room

2. Measure where the walls would be. Length, width and height of the room, if the ceiling is vaulted we would need measurements from the shortest to the highest sides of the ceiling height.

3. Provide us with as many pictures and/or videos of where the walls would be installed. 

4. We will calculate how many panels, door panels, installation, and delivery (if applicable) are needed and send a quote. 

5. Once agreed upon, you will receive a contract detailing all the customization of your order. 

6. Panels will be made according to the measurements 

7. Delivery and installation will be confirmed the week of

8. Installation will be completed the day of delivery (20+ panels would need additional days for installation) 

9. Inspection from the buyer will be made the day of installation once satisfied, this ensures non-refundable and no returns.

Q: What are CubicoLiving removable walls made of?  
A: Our walls are constructed using 2x4 wood frames with Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) panels. They are insulated for soundproofing and offer optional material upgrades to metal or PVC studs for enhanced durability.  

Q: What sizes are available for the removable walls?  
A: The standard panel size is **4x8 feet**, but customization is available to fit specific room dimensions.  

Q: Are the walls easy to install and remove?  
A: Yes! Our walls are designed for quick installation and removal, typically within a day, with minimal tools required.

Q: Are the walls resistant to damage and wear?  
A: Yes. The walls are mold-resistant, termite-resistant, and built to withstand daily wear and tear.  

Q: How easy are the walls to maintain?  
A: They require minimal upkeep. The FRP surface is easy to clean and resistant to stains and moisture.

Limited Manufacture Warranty for CubiCo Walls

Q: What does the Limited Manufacturer Warranty cover?  
A: The CubiCo Walls warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for [insert warranty period] from the purchase date.

Q: How long is the warranty period?
A: The warranty period is one year from the date of purchase.

Q: Does the warranty cover all types of damage?

A: No, the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Q: How do I file a warranty claim?

Q: Are there any exclusions to the warranty?

A: Yes, the warranty excludes damage from improper installation, misuse, and normal wear and tear.

Q: Can I transfer the warranty to a new owner?

A: No, the warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

Q: Will the warranty cover labor costs for repairs or installation?

A: No, the warranty only covers defects in materials and workmanship. Labor costs for repairs or installation are not included.

Q: What should I do if I notice a defect in my CubiCo Walls?

A: If you notice any defects, please reach out to our customer support team immediately with details of the issue and proof of purchase.

Q: Is there a way to extend the warranty period?

A: Currently, the warranty period is fixed, and there is no option to extend it.
